Putney Food Stories

On Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at 7:00pm students from Leah Toffolon’s 8th grade Social Studies class at Putney Central School will present Putney Food Stories at Next Stage Arts Project in Putney, VT.

Putney Food Stories features short films by students highlighting individuals in their community connected to growing, harvesting, and making food.

Working with Vermont Folklife Center board member and media instructor, Evie Lovett - as well as community volunteers Carolyn Olivier and Nancy Shepherd - the students engaged with local food producers to explore the questions where does our food come from? What is good food? and What makes good food?

Join them on January 18 and see what they have learned!
