Unleashing Partnerships

UP for Learning and its collaborators provide a road map for building meaningful working partnerships between youth and adults – enabling them to take on the challenges and opportunities of improving their own schools across Vermont.

They provide training for the formation of youth-adult working partnerships, offer technical assistance for collecting and analyzing school-wide data, facilitate dialogues in schools, and statewide, that ensure stakeholder buy-in with measurable steps to change, and more.

This film, produced by the Vermont Folklife Center, is a collage of statewide efforts in progress – seeds of change that are living examples of what’s possible when students and teachers work together to take “the game” out of education, and bring it back to real life.
